How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is simple on our website. Simply follow the prompts for the items you are selecting. Once the order has been placed you will receive an email from orders@oneilllacrosse.com with shipping options and costs.

Payment and Shipping
For payment, customers need a PAYPAL account. Once we have received notice of a PAYPAL payment in the customer's name we will contact them via email for additional shipping options and fees decided by the size and location of the shipment. O'Neill Lacrosse will ship out of the USA for all USA orders. This means no hassle for the customer with international shipping and brokerage that can add time and duties to shipments from Canada. Most orders take 5 business days in transit. We pride ourselves in being able to service American customers who have issues accessing box lacrosse equipment easily. Growing the game worldwide is a vision we want to take part in. For Canadian orders, Canada Post and Purolator are available with Greyhound as an added option. 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our selection of PAYPAL guarantees a secure transaction that is protected by PAYPAL themselves. Therefore PAYPAL is the only option available on our site because of its secure nature. For team or association orders or a larger variety please contact us and we will work with you on other payment options if needed. 

Returns & Refunds
Generally, we can offer a refund or exchange on purchased items that haven't been used and are being returned because the item was not the proper size. If for any other reason you are not happy with a purchase you will need to contact us and I'm sure we can come up with a solution. With mail order items the shipping costs are the biggest issue. Please understand if the item is ordered by you and exchanged then the shipping associated with the exchange will be paid by the you, the customer, unless we have talked and there are other contributing factors.
